Please note:
  • Transfers (Pickup & Drops) from Airport, railway station or bus stand are NOT included in the package
  • The Hotel check in time is 15.00 hrs. and check out time is 12.00 Noon.
  • Early check in & late check-out is strictly subject to availability.
  • Any incidentals such as Internet, Mini Bar, Room service, laundry and telephones etc. will be settled by the guest directly at the time of check out.
  • You are requested to carry a photo ID proof required by the hotel at the time of check in
  • Kids below 8 years will not be charged. Kids above the age of 8 years will be charged as per additional accompanying person charges
  • PG Students are required to provide letter from HOD of their institute
  • The accompanying person will receive meals according to the chosen package of the delegate they are accompanying. However, they will not have access to the scientific halls and are not entitled to conference kit.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at conferences@vamaevents.com

  • 25% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31st Jan, 2025
  • 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 30th May, 2025
  • 75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 15th October, 2025
  • No refund will be made for the requests made after 15th October, 2025
  • Registration is not transferable.
