  1. The E Poster display is in a designated area in the conference venue.
  2. The poster will be in E-poster format only.
  3. Format: 1-page single slide ppt in 16:9, Maximum 150 Mb, Number of slides: 1, Font: common (Calibri, Arial etc., Font size min 12). Please use the format provided. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD EPOSTER TEMPLATE
  4. Structure logically - Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  5. Use high-contrast color schemes (e.g., dark text on light background) for readability.
  6. Avoid using “all caps” in body text. Pl reserve it for headers.
  7. Check the readability by standing 2–3 meters away from your screen before finalizing.
  8. Test your file on Windows-based PowerPoint to ensure compatibility.
  9. No videos or animation. Insert HD pictures, and make sure your graphics and tables are readable.
  10. Please load your E-poster with the AV resource person. Carry a backup copy on a USB drive.
  11. Please insert your abstract number in the poster.
  12. Please upload your presentations at the E-POSTER Station in the venue on the day of presentation or earlier.

Instruction for the Presenters:

  1. Each presenter will be allowed to screen 5-7 slides (1 title and closing slide + 5 content slides) and speak for 5 minutes, following which 2 minutes will be allotted for Q & A. Adherence to the timing of the presentation will be one of the judging criteria. Please ensure that within your slides you maximise using visuals (i.e. photos, and graphics rather than heavy text).
  2. Please prepare and rehearse carefully to ensure you complete the presentation within 5 minutes and that you have concluded/impacted within your time limit.
  3. The Session chairs have been instructed to be strict on time limits and will invite the audience to connect with you after the session if time permits.
  4. In addition to the above, keep the poster ready with the given format below:
    • The dimensions for the Poster should be Horizontal (16:9 ratio).
    • The title slide should have the title of the study and the presenting author name only. Co authors name and Affliation should not be mentioned. Display of institute logo is also not permitted.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AWARD PAPER

  1. Presentation Type: Award Oral Presentation- Basic Research/Clinical Paper Presentation
  2. Allotted Time: 8 mins presentation + 2 mins discussion. (Adherence to time would be one of the criteria for judging)
  3. Format: Microsoft PowerPoint (16:9 aspect ratio), Landscape (horizontal) (*.ppt or *.pptx). PDF is not accepted, and Keynote, Open Office and Prezi are not supported.
  4. Note: Use of personal laptops or memory devices at the podium is not permitted.
  5. We encourage you to use the standard templates that are available. You can modify the template by adding background graphics. We highly recommend limiting the number of slides and avoiding text-heavy slides.
  6. Your presentation must include the following elements:
    • Your presentation should reflect the content of the original submission
    • Title and author name on the first slide. (Co author name(s) and Affliation should not be mentioned. Display of institute logo is also not permitted.)
    • Followed by a slide for disclosure of any Conflicts of Interest that could affect your presentation.
  7. Please upload your final presentation in the Preview Room corresponding to your hall and session at least 2 hours before your scheduled presentation.
  8. Ensure all embedded videos and animations work smoothly.
  9. Be present in the hall 15 minutes before your presentation and remain till the session concludes.
  10. Presentations exceeding the allotted time will automatically end once the time limit is reached.
  11. Presenters failing to upload their presentation in advance may forfeit their slot.
